It can be a simple or registered letter, a simple or valuable parcel post, the shipment of your choice can be made by land or air. All these nuances will affect the delivery time of the letter and its cost.
Step 2
Sign the envelope carefully and neatly. Please fill in it clearly and legibly, preferably in block letters. Write the index with stylized numbers, following the pattern on the envelope. Use black or blue paste, do not use red or green ink. Do not fill the envelope with extraneous signs and symbols (hearts, emoticons, etc.).
Step 3
In the upper left corner, put the surname and initials of the sender in parental case. Then the return address is written: first the street name, house number, apartment number; then the name of the settlement and area; then the name of the region or republic and country. Please write your postal code below.
Step 4
The recipient's data should be in the lower right corner. For international shipments, the name and address of the recipient is filled in Latin letters and Arabic numerals. You can write it in the language of the country of destination, but provided that the name of the country is duplicated in Russian. In the lower left corner, write the recipient's index. Try to find out in advance with the addressee.
Step 5
Place the required number of stamps in the upper right corner of the envelope. If you send documents by mail, it is better to do it by registered mail with notification. You can track the delivery of your message on the official website of the Russian Post.
