If you send correspondence to Germany, then you should be aware of some provisions and schemes for its execution. There are many different types of letters and they all have their own characteristics. It is worth dwelling on the general scheme of their design and writing.

Instructions
Step 1
Go to briefform.de. This resource allows you to write letters of any commercial and not only focus. This site contains sample letters, as well as keywords that you may need. Select the form that suits your purpose. The advantage of this site is that you send your data in a completely secure manner, i.e. no one can intercept them by forwarding.
Step 2
Write a German letter based on the example located on the site to the right. There are all the necessary business letter samples. Choose one of them and write a text about your situation. The text of a business letter should not exceed 250 characters. It should only consist of the subject of circulation! Do not write anything unnecessary, for example, your details, name, greeting or goodbye. Follow the pattern strictly. If you have difficulties with the German language, click on the "translate" function at the top of your browser.
Step 3
Follow the link briefform.de/kuendigen-dsl.html after writing the body of the email. In this section there is a special form for filling in envelope data. They represent several areas that you need to fill. In principle, they are similar to our domestic form. So, move on to the next step.
Step 4
Fill in the sender's address. Vorname is your name with a capital letter. Name - your last name, also capitalized. Straße - street of residence, Haus N - house number, PLZ - postal code, Ort - town of your residence (administrative district). Then fill in the complete address of the recipient - section Empfängeradresse (Empfänger). If the indicated address in this case does not correspond to the truth, then delete it and write the correct one. Find it from the previously received letters, in the contract (Antrag).
Step 5
Enter the subject line in the Betreff column (heading), in our case Kündigung. You can do this in more detail, for example: Kündigung Internetzugang (disable Internet access). The word Betreff itself is not spelled! Write in the next column your number (customer number, client) - Кundennummer. Click on the Ansicht und Druck button at the end of composing the letter. Sign the letter before mailing it.
