A voucher to a sanatorium has already been purchased, a medical examination and the registration of the necessary documents are behind, and all that remains is to collect the necessary things. This is where the question arises, what exactly is needed in the sanatorium and what things need to be put in the first place.
Documents and Help
First of all, in the bag you need to put documents confirming your identity, a receipt for payment of your stay in the sanatorium, a medical policy and a sanitary-resort card previously issued in the clinic. It will also not be superfluous to take money or a credit card with you in case of unforeseen expenses.
For classes and water treatments
Staying in a sanatorium means daily training in the gym and the pool, therefore, you need to take with you everything you need for this:
- open and closed swimwear;
- swimming pool cap;
- slates or flip flops;
- sports suit;
- comfortable sneakers or sneakers.
Also, do not forget about removable shoes for visiting treatment rooms.
For a comfortable stay
For the rest to be the most comfortable and not burdensome, you need to take with you things that will save you from some problems, as well as make you feel comfortable on vacation. These things, of course, include personal hygiene items:

- detergent for hand washing;

In order not to walk around with a wet head after water procedures, take a small hairdryer with you, as well as a spare towel for a shower.
You will need a clothesline and some clothespins to dry your laundry. If you go to the sanatorium in the summer, be sure to bring a fumigator and a mosquito bite remedy with you.
Necessary clothing and footwear
Do not forget that in the sanatorium, as in the room, you will not be alone, which means you need to take care of a neat and adequate look. Be sure to bring a bathrobe after a shower, pajamas and room slippers. Also, choose the right clothing for dining and other public places. For the street, it is better to opt for lightweight sports shoes that do not cause discomfort when walking.
As a rule, in the sanatoriums in the evenings, various events are held for vacationers, so you can take something more elegant, but not too formal, the same applies to shoes. For women, it is better to give preference to a low, stable heel or wedge heel.
For the cold season, you should take warm clothes, gloves, a scarf, a hat and an umbrella, in case of rainy weather. If you are going on vacation to a sanatorium in the summer, then do not forget to bring your hat and sunglasses.
