Good breeding is a consequence of the upbringing of a child by parents and other people related to his family. In adult life, good manners are considered to be behavior that corresponds to generally accepted norms, adherence to the rules of good taste.

In addition to the efforts of parents, whose share in upbringing plays a huge role, for true upbringing, a mature person must work on himself daily. After all, it does not appear out of nowhere and can change under the influence of various circumstances. For example, the political situation in society, changes in cultural values.

First of all, good breeding is a polite and courteous behavior with people around you. It is respect and awareness of the value of each individual person and society as a whole. The ability to communicate with people, find a common language with representatives of all cultures, religions and other groups in various situations also characterize this quality.

Upbringing means knowledge and strict adherence to the rules of etiquette, culture of behavior. In a broader sense, it can be understood as the inner culture of a person, which is reflected in the worldview. And this leads to the fact that good manners are an integral part of intelligence.

This characteristic of a person is manifested in his gestures, facial expressions, speech. The speech of a well-mannered person is not replete with parasitic words, obscene language, his gestures are calm and confident, and not disorderly and harsh.

Each act can show how well-mannered prevails over other qualities of a person. A closed door in front of a passer-by behind your back, a disapproving glance towards representatives of a particular social group, a harsh statement and violent gesticulation due to a car blocking your way - all these little things as a whole form an image that sharply contrasts with the understanding of good breeding.

This quality is formed from childhood, but without the maintenance of ideals, it is destroyed. Therefore, it is so important for an adult to take care of himself, respect others, observe etiquette, be tactful and diplomatic. In other words, to live in society, taking into account the opinions and interests of others.
