Make a request from the "Personal Account" for the details of calls. Get it and contact the office of the mobile operator in order to find out from which number the call was made.

You can also send a request for detailing by fax, indicating in the application all your data (name, passport number and series, cell phone number). However, the best option is to go directly to the Beeline office, show your passport and not only get a printout detailing the calls, but also immediately find out who called you from a hidden number.
Step 4
If the telephone "invisible" haunt you constantly, connect the paid service from "Beeline" - "Super caller ID", which will allow you to find out who is so persistently trying to hide their coordinates from you.

Go to the "Personal Account" on the website www.beeline.ru and activate this service. Or - call the number 06744161. You can also connect to it by dialing * 110 * 4161 # on your phone keypad and making a call. From the moment of activation of the service, all numbers of cellular "invisible" will be displayed on the display of your mobile device in the federal format, however, Beeline does not guarantee the identification of numbers for an incoming call from fixed phones and in international roaming. Service activation - 10 rubles, subscription fee - 5 rubles per day.

If you found out everything that you needed, you can disable this service in your "Personal Account" or by calling the number 06744160, or by using the command * 110 * 4160 #.
