Step 1
An electrical safety inspection log should be kept in any organization. You can buy it at an office supply store, download a sample from the Internet, or make it yourself, taking into account all the requirements.

Design the cover. Indicate the name and affiliation of your institution. Write the name of the document "Journal for checking knowledge of the rules for the operation of electrical installations of consumers (PEEP) and safety rules for the operation of electrical installations of consumers (PTB)".

At the bottom of the cover, write the words "Started" and "Finished". Enter the start date and leave space for the end date. Write the last name, first name and patronymic of the person responsible for the work on electrical safety. Place the round stamp of the organization.

Draw out the pages of the magazine. The table has six columns. Write their names on the first line. In the second column, the electrical safety group, the date of the previous inspection and the assessment are put. In most institutions, it is also necessary to fill out a register for the assignment of 1 group for electrical safety. This group includes non-electrical personnel. The general requirements for this log are exactly the same as for the validation log. On the cover, write the name and departmental affiliation of the enterprise, the title of the magazine, the start and end date and the person in charge.
Step 7
Make a six-column table. Enter there the serial number, last name, first name and patronymic, the name of the unit, profession, the dates of the previous and current assignment, the signatures of the auditee and the auditor. Number the pages and stitch the magazine.
