The pumping station pumps water into the storage tank using a pressure switch. It is used for extinguishing fires, providing the population with drinking water, for pumping and collecting wastewater, and more.
Necessary
pumping station, reservoir or deep well
Instructions
Step 1
The operation of the pumping station is carried out according to the following scheme: when the water supply tap is opened, water under pressure begins to rise from the storage tank. As soon as the pressure reaches the minimum set value, the pressure switch will automatically start the station, starting the process of taking water from the well. Until the tap closes, the pump will pump water continuously. When the tap is closed, water will begin to flow into the storage tank, increasing the pressure in it.
Step 2
As soon as the pressure reaches a certain point, the pressure switch will de-energize the installation. The station will go into "sleep" mode, but will always be ready for work. Human participation in the pumping station is minimal. The only condition is to check the air pressure in the storage tank before starting work and, if necessary, pump it up using a conventional pump, following the instructions for the station.
Step 3
Such a household pumping station is needed to provide water to the house and households. Thanks to its operation, there is always a supply of water in the tank, which can be consumed in the event of a power outage. The pumping station can pump water both from an open reservoir and from a deep well.
Step 4
Industrial pumping stations, in contrast to household ones, have greater power, increased productivity and durability. They allow providing water and heat to a large number of buildings and large agricultural facilities. For example, fire pumping stations are needed to extinguish fires, modular pumping stations allow pumping and collecting wastewater. Such units are supplied, as a rule, pre-assembled, which facilitates installation and provides additional guarantees of reliability.
Step 5
Pumping and filtering stations supply the settlements with drinking water. Modern installations are manufactured using ultraviolet cleaning technology, which effectively removes various impurities and bacterial contamination without the use of chemicals. As a result, an optimal water-salt balance is maintained and environmental safety is increased.
Step 6
Hydraulic stations are needed to supply fluid to hydraulic tools. And pumping stations of increased pressure allow maintaining a certain level of pressure in the hydraulic system.
