Get the specifications from your local power company. In accordance with the technical conditions for the installation of a heat meter, this project is drawn up and implemented. It should be borne in mind that the right, on behalf of the residents of the house, to apply to the energy supplying organization for registering the meter can only be the organization that completed the project.
Step 3
The preparation of the project is carried out exclusively by specialized organizations that have the appropriate licenses. Management companies do not have these capabilities. Step 4

An individual apartment heat meter should be installed under the condition of horizontal distribution of heating pipes, when all radiators are connected to two pipes - supply and return. With vertical wiring, that is, when several risers pass through your apartment, you will have to install several meters, which can be too expensive.
