In accordance with the rules under number 491 on the maintenance of the common property of an apartment building, each owner or tenant of social housing is obliged to pay for the electricity consumed in public places. This category of expenses includes: lighting of entrances, the operation of elevators, pumps, lighting in front of the entrances, as well as general household electricity losses, calculated by the difference between the total consumption of the house and the amount paid for the use of electricity inside the apartments.
Necessary
- - calculator;
- - meter readings of all apartments;
- - readings of the general house meter;
- - previous readings of all metering devices.
Instructions
Step 1
Pay for the consumed electricity in public places according to the receipt, which indicates the amount of payment in the current month. You don't need to calculate anything on your own. This is done by the authorized representatives of the asset holder of the apartment building and send receipts to the owner or the responsible tenant.
Step 2
The calculation is made in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of utilities", which are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation under number 307 of 20.05.06. The formula for the calculation: they take the readings of the general house meter, multiply by the tariff in force in the region. The electricity consumed in the apartments is calculated separately. It turns out the difference that is payable for the consumed electricity in public places. Next, the coefficient is calculated, which must be paid by the owner or tenant of housing. The amount of electricity consumed in your apartment is multiplied by a factor.
Step 3
You can check the correctness of the calculation and the amount charged to you yourself. To do this, subtract the total electricity consumption in all apartments from the total consumption of the general house meter. For example, the total electricity consumption, calculated according to the readings of the general house meter, is 1000 kW, there are 5 apartments in the house. The first apartment consumed 100 kW in a month, the second - 50 kW, the third - 150 kW, the fourth - 120 kW, the fifth - 200 kW. 100 + 50 + 150 + 120 + 200 = 620 kW were consumed by all apartments. From the total number, which in the example is 1000 kW, subtract the total amount of consumed electricity, that is, 620, you get 380 kW - this is the amount of electricity consumed for general household needs.
Step 4
Calculate the coefficient that will be applied to each apartment. To do this, divide 380 kW by 620, you get 0, 61 - this is the coefficient by which each owner or tenant of housing will receive a receipt. The amount of payment is directly proportional to the electricity consumed in your own apartment. The more kW of electricity the residents consume in their apartment, the higher the amount of payment for general house needs will be.
