Step 1
Take off all excess clothing. To get as accurate a result as possible, it is advisable to leave your breasts completely naked, therefore, it is advisable to take measurements in a secluded place where no one will bother you or embarrass you.

Stand in front of a large mirror. This is necessary so that you can assess the correct application of the measuring tape. Otherwise, the results will be very far from the truth.
