Estimated regulatory base for pricing in the construction industry includes estimated standards and unit prices for various types of construction, repair, installation and commissioning works. Estimates in the GESN are made in two ways, and each accountant has the right to choose any option.
Necessary
- - technical task;
- - work program;
- - work flow charts;
- - summary of labor costs;
- - summary of material consumption;
- - a summary of materials and products.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw up a technical assignment and a program according to which construction work will be carried out in the future. Check with the Pricing Office.
Step 2
Select specifications and work designs from design materials.
Step 3
Determine the baseline conditions in order to draw up estimated calculations for the HPP and agree on these conditions with the Pricing Office.
Step 4
Select the optimal technological maps, according to which certain types of work and drawings of objects will be carried out.
Step 5
Compile summaries of labor costs, materials, structures and products costs according to data from the relevant HPES.
Step 6
Assign a separate code for each cost element.
Step 7
To determine the estimated cost of construction work, fill out several forms of the resource sheet: form No. 5 (local resource sheet), form No. 4 (local resource estimate), combined form. Calculate the cost of work taking into account the price of the resources that were spent on the entire object.
Step 8
Determine the cost and estimate of the allocated resources at baseline or current price levels, and calculate resource indicators.
