Step 1
A service contract is a civil legal document according to which one party orders an event, the other undertakes to organize it, prepare all the necessary equipment, and agree on a venue. The contract is onerous, therefore the parties describe the payment procedure in detail in the document itself.

There is no single unified form for this document, therefore, it can be drawn up in any form. In order not to overlook any point, use the services of a professional lawyer who will draw up a document taking into account all legal acts of the current legislation at the time of registration.

At the beginning of the contract, fill in the "header". Indicate in it who, with whom, when and for what reason concludes an agreement. Fill in the passport details of both parties. In the middle of an A-4 sheet, write "Contract".

Next, specify in detail all the terms of the contract, the procedure for payment for the services rendered for the events, put your signatures. Ask authorized persons or witnesses present to sign and enter their passport details. Keep one copy of the agreement for yourself, the second - give to the party with whom you entered into the agreement.

If you make an advance payment, you will receive a payment document confirming the fact of the transfer of funds. With an advance payment transferred from hand to hand, draw up a written receipt that the funds were received in advance, indicate the full cost of services, in writing - the amount of the advance payment and the remaining debt that you will transfer after the event.
Step 6
If all or part of the conditions specified in the agreement are not met, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation comes into force, according to which you have the right not only to return the advance payment, but also to receive compensation for damage caused or full compensation for lost profits.
