Give preference to linen, the fabric made of it is breathable and does not interfere with the body's "breathing". As for the colors, it is better to wear light-colored clothes. Try to stay in a cool room during the peak of solar activity. From eleven to two or three o'clock, the heavenly body emits rays that are especially strong and harmful to humans. Avoid them by hiding in an air-conditioned building. The coolness on such days will not hurt you.

Step 6

Avoid heavy food. Do not overload your body, do not eat fried, salty and spicy foods. Give preference to light summer soups such as okroshka or beetroot, boiled fish and meat, fresh vegetables and fruits.

Step 7

Take a cool shower several times a day. Or at least wet your face with cold water. Cooling the body in this way is both pleasant and beneficial.
