Why do people leave for the countryside?

The advantages of a private house are, by and large, incalculable. For example, the absence of loud neighbors who are constantly making repairs, swearing, walking, throwing noisy parties. Of course, even in a cottage community one cannot do without neighbors at all, but the distance between private houses removes the unpleasant effect of living on each other's heads.

The advantages of living in a country house include the absence of the usual communal problems - water, heating and other conditions important for life are controlled by the owner of the house. So in a well-equipped private house, you can forget about two weeks without hot water in the summer, too well working batteries and other delights of apartment buildings.

The country house is good for animal lovers. You can get large dogs or a significant number of cats in it.

Of course, life in the suburbs is ideal for a family with small children. Firstly, there is no need to look for fresh air and places for walking in the middle of the asphalt sea, and secondly, there are no problems with transporting a stroller, a child and bags along a narrow staircase from the third floor, and all this at the same time.

Thirdly, it is quite easy to gather friends in your house, to whom only give a reason to go out into nature, the eternal problem with the meeting place is solved elementarily, especially if the house is not too far from the city. Fourth, you can start a small vegetable garden in which to grow herbs and lettuce. These plants do not require any special care, and you can eat them from very early spring to late autumn, you can even start a small greenhouse for their cultivation.

Before buying a house, it is very important to estimate how long it will take to get to work; this is a very important factor for a comfortable life in the suburbs.

Why not live in a private house?

Unfortunately, there are also plenty of disadvantages and features of such a life. First of all, buying a house without owning a car is pretty silly. Even if the nearest city is only a few kilometers away, without a personal car, you can spend hours to overcome them, since public transport can rarely go, and it is quite expensive to take a taxi, and besides, it is not possible to call it to any area.

The lack of the usual benefits of civilization such as large department stores, restaurants, kindergartens and schools within walking distance can severely hit the usual way of life, first of all, again, if you don't have your own car.

Even the newest home requires constant maintenance. Small but annoying problems constantly arise here. In winter, for example, it is necessary to warm up the water frozen in pipes or to clear the space of snow. In autumn and spring, make sure that the house is not flooded. All this can be solved by hand or by hiring specialists. But the first takes time, and the second - financial costs.
