In the absence of stress, our joints can lose mobility, and we begin to experience discomfort when moving. Instructions
Step 1
Lie on your back with your arms extended along your torso. Bend your knees - first the right, then the left, alternately sliding your heels on the floor. Do this exercise for five minutes.
Step 2
Stay in the same position. Bend your legs, then alternately pull them to your stomach - first the right, then the left. Pause between leg movements for one to two seconds. Do the exercise for five to ten minutes.
Step 3
Lying on the floor in the starting position, swing your knees to the right and to the left. Do the exercise for one to two minutes.
Step 4
Keep your legs straight with your feet extended towards you. Lift your legs up one by one, holding them at the top point for half a second-second.
Step 5
Roll over onto your stomach with your arms extended along your torso. Tighten and relax your buttocks for two to three minutes.
Step 6
Lying on your stomach, face down, spread your straight legs to the sides for a few seconds, then bring them back. Do the exercise seven to eight times.
