It is necessary

  • - aloe juice;
  • - gauze;
  • - medical alcohol.

Instructions

Step 1

You can buy aloe juice at the pharmacy, but it is better to prepare it yourself. In this case, you will be sure of the naturalness and usefulness of the product. For the preparation of juice, it is better to use a middle-aged plant (from 3-4 years old). Cut off a few of the lower fleshy leaves, rinse them with warm boiled water, cut into small sickle-shaped pieces and wrap in a gauze napkin. Squeeze out the juice and pour it into a clean, dry container. At room temperature, it can be stored for no longer than an hour, in the refrigerator for two days.

Step 2

If you need to store aloe juice for a long time, preserve it. The easiest way is to mix it with rubbing alcohol in a 4: 1 ratio. At room temperature, the juice will stand for about a week, and in the refrigerator - at least a month.

Step 3

You can preserve aloe juice in another way. Having wrung out, pour it into an enamel mug and boil. Turn off the gas after 7-10 minutes. Chill the juice and mix it with alcohol in the same proportion as in the above recipe. Transfer it to a sterilized container and store it in a cool place. The juice will be ready to drink in a couple of days. At room temperature, it will be stored for a month, and in the refrigerator - three times longer.

Step 4

If you decide to give preference to ready-made pharmacy aloe juice, keep it away from sources of light and heat. The best place is in the refrigerator door.
