A characteristic at the place of residence, which is usually signed by neighbors, may be required by a person who is going to adopt an adopted child or someone who wants to be released early from prison. It is written, as a rule, by people who are related to him.
Instructions
Step 1
Before you start writing from your place of residence, sketch out its draft content on paper and go around the neighbors, having received their prior consent to sign this document. Those who express their willingness to sign must provide you with their full name, exact residential address and passport details.
Step 2
Write the characteristic on a standard sheet of white paper. To make it look and read better, type and print its text on a computer. Start writing it with the heading "Characteristics of the place of residence, given on …", indicating the last name, first name and patronymic of the person, his year of birth and address of residence.
Step 3
In the questionnaire part of the characteristics, indicate the educational institutions that this person graduated from, the specialties that he received. List the main places of work. Indicate the time from which he lives at this address, list the full composition of his family, all household members who live with him in the same apartment or separate house.
Step 4
Start the main part of the characteristic with the words: "According to the neighbors: …" and make a list of those who will sign this characteristic, indicating the names, initials, addresses and passport data. Then write about the person's personality traits that may be known to neighbors. Of course, it is better to characterize it from the positive side, but the text must be objective. Reflect in the characteristic whether this person has bad habits, mention also whether there have been cases of being brought to the police.
Step 5
If the person has taken part in community service activities in the community, be sure to mention that as well. For example, he could participate in subbotniks, gardening, landscaping of the courtyard area. Sign the testimonial from the neighbors listed in its content. Approve it in the REO serving the territory where this citizen lives, as well as with the district police inspector assigned to your site. Do not forget to stamp your approval and approval signatures.
