The act of acceptance and transfer formalizes the fact of a legally significant action associated with the transfer of any goods, equipment, documents, vehicles, etc. from one person to another. Usually, this act is an integral part or an appendix to any agreement (sale and purchase, donation, etc.).
Instructions
Step 1
It is from the moment of signing this document that the parties to the legal relationship have rights and obligations in relation to each other. Start drawing up an act of acceptance and transfer by designating its name, for example, "Act of acceptance and transfer of living quarters." The title is usually written in the middle of the first line, in capital letters or in bold.
On the next line, indicate the date of compilation (at the left margin of sheet A4) and the place - settlement (at the right margin).
Step 2
In the text of the act, it is important to note the object or object itself, which is transmitted or received, and its main characteristics. For example, you can set out the text of the act: “we, the undersigned landlord (full name) and the tenant (full name), have drawn up this act stating that the landlord has handed over, and the tenant has taken over the dwelling, which is an apartment located at the address of Samara, 2- th Klochkovsky proezd, 3, apt. 278. The room is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system. The apartment has a TV, refrigerator, washing machine. The technical condition of the premises and equipment is suitable for operation."
Step 3
If you transfer (receive) the equipment, indicate its name, quantity, year of manufacture, technical condition at the time of transfer, condition of packaging. If the act is drawn up upon the fact of acceptance and transfer of the car, it must contain information about the model, make, body color, engine registration number, vehicle passport, etc. When registering the transfer of a package of documents - the name of each document in its composition, the number of pages, the number of copies, etc.
At the very end of the act, put the signatures of the persons participating in the transfer and acceptance. There should be as many copies of the acceptance certificate as the main contract, that is, at least two.
Step 4
Here is only an approximate version of the content of the acceptance certificate, when drawing it up in a specific situation, you can, at your discretion, adapt the given example.
