At the same time, when filling out documents to the pension fund of the Russian Federation or to the territorial tax authority for filing reports, the head must provide an information letter about the lack of activity.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a sheet of A4 paper. You can fill out the letter either by hand or on a computer. At the top, indicate the addressee of this document. Those. indicate the number of the pension fund or territorial tax authority and the city in which it is located.

Step 2

Write the following information below: the full name of the company, its registration number, individual tax number, KPP.

Step 3

Make up the text of the letter approximately as follows: “The management of the enterprise informs that in the reporting year (indicate the required year with a number) financial and economic activities were not carried out and, therefore, wages were not accrued or paid. There is no strict wording for this letter.

Step 4

In the letter, be sure to indicate the number of employees. For example, the number is 1 person, who is the main employee of this enterprise and works according to the work book.

Step 5

Provide all personal data of the employee, such as: surname, name, patronymic; number and series of the passport, its registration number and information about who issued this document; residence address.

Step 6

In the document, make a reference to Federal Law No. 167 “On Compulsory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation dated 15.12.2001.

Step 7

At the bottom of the letter, write the name of the general director of your company (indicate the full name of the organization).

Step 8

Be sure to attach to the letter on the lack of activity a certificate from the bank stating that the money for wages was not issued. Also, do not forget to provide the ADV-11 statement to the pension fund.
