Turquoise is sometimes called the "stone of happiness." This is a semi-precious stone from which all kinds of decorative items are made. In terms of chemical composition, turquoise is hydrated aluminum and copper phosphate. Like any compound containing copper, this mineral has a pronounced greenish-bluish color.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Consider a few pieces of turquoise. This can be done, for example, at an exhibition of stones or stone products. You will find that the color of turquoise can be quite different. Some of the pebbles are blue with a slight greenish tint, while others are painted in an intense blue-green color. All intermediate colors can be attributed to turquoise. But in practice, this is mainly called shades of blue with a slight admixture of green.
Step 2
Take a piece of paper. Dampen it with water. Large surfaces are best moistened with a foam sponge. A wide, soft brush will work as well. Let the water dry a little. Take a small amount of blue paint on the brush, make a blot on the sheet, then spread it evenly over the entire surface. Make another blot, but this time with emerald green paint and smudge again. You will end up with a color called turquoise.
Step 3
This color can be obtained in another way. Cover part of the leaf with blue paint, the other with green. The stains should touch. The watercolor will bleed and you will get different shades of turquoise, from bluish with a slight touch of green to green with a blue tint.
Step 4
Gouache, unlike watercolors, should not be mixed directly on the sheet. To get a turquoise color, you need a small cup. Put some blue paint in it, then the same amount of green paint and mix thoroughly. If you want a lighter shade of turquoise, add white. Paints can be mixed in different ratios, depending on which shade you need.
Step 5
For a turquoise pastel, paint a few strokes of blue crayon on the velvet paper. Rub them to make a stain. You can rub with a piece of paper or an eraser. Add a couple of green strokes and rub too. The resulting color most of all corresponds to that which is called turquoise in everyday life.
Step 6
You can also find turquoise color in the palette offered in Adobe Photoshop. Its shades are in the part of the palette where the transitional colors from green to blue are located. To cover some part of the image with this paint, just take the desired color with the eyedropper located in the "Tools" menu, select the part of the image that you are going to paint, and fill it with a watering can, which you will also find in the "Tools" menu. »Under the corresponding picture.
