The gas cooperative is being created with the aim of reducing the personal expenses of residents for conducting communications. The creation of such an organization will allow significant savings. But for the correct registration of the cooperative, it is required to collect a lot of documents.

Step 1
Decide on the size of the cooperative and choose a chairman. For example, you might organize a partnership that consists only of the residents of your street or several houses. Try to involve as many people as possible in the enterprise so that gasification is cheaper for you. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to run the gas pipe through areas that are not owned by the co-op. Most likely, you will have to look for workarounds, which will make the process more costly.
Step 2
Draw up the charter of your non-profit association. Register an organization with the Federal Tax Service and take a document on its entry into the state register of legal entities. Obtain a certificate of formation of a non-profit enterprise and its membership. Issue a power of attorney addressed to the head of the gas service organization to represent your interests and obtain the necessary documentation.
Step 3
Contact the architecture department of the municipality and draw up a Gasification Master Plan for the site, which includes all the houses of the members of the cooperative.
Step 4
Order a heat engineering plan from the design organization. It should be drawn up in accordance with the General Development Plan. The resulting project should provide for the required equipment capacity and the approximate rate of annual gas consumption.
Step 5
Make copies of all constituent documents and have them certified by a notary. Contact your local gasification and pipeline service provider. In addition to the listed documents, provide the minutes of the collective meeting at which the leader was elected. Get the technical requirement to create a gas cooperative.
Step 6
Contact the design organization for co-op boundaries and topographic surveys. With the help of photographs and a boundary plan, a gas pipe project will be completed.
Step 7
Make a cadastral plan of the site. Enter into a lease agreement with the Property Management Committee for the required plot of land. After that, you can start work on the gas. When finished, contact the state gas service organization to create a commission and check the performance of the work.
