Observe the regime - this is one of the most important rules for sound sleep without awakening. When the body gets used to functioning in a certain rhythm, it works more productively and fully rests. It is advisable to go to bed before midnight - at this time, rest is the most valuable.

Learn to relax - this is the key to sound sleep. The muscles of many adults are tense around the clock, so they often wake up at night. To relax, use self-hypnosis methods, for example, the "Lift" exercise. Imagine that you are taking the elevator down from the 20th floor. With every meter, your body becomes heavier, your eyelids stick together. On the first floor, your body should relax completely.

Do not think about pressing problems before going to bed. If you load your brain with heavy thoughts, they are more likely to keep you awake and fall asleep quickly. Better listen to music, read your favorite book.

Take a walk and ventilate the room before bed. A walk will calm you down, and thanks to the saturation of blood with oxygen, you will fall asleep soundly just by touching the pillow with your head. Dry air in your bedroom can cause restless and poor sleep. You can create the desired microclimate with a humidifier.

Have dinner 2 hours before bed. Both an empty and a full stomach do not promote sound sleep without awakening. If you feel hungry late in the evening, drink kefir, otherwise the unpleasant sensations in the stomach will not allow you to fall asleep. But drinking water or eating a watermelon in the evening is not worth it, otherwise you risk waking up several times due to the urge of the bladder.

Before going to bed, do everything so that nothing wakes you up at night. Close the window with blackout curtains so that the light of passing cars does not interfere with you, put your mobile phone on silent mode.

Go to bed in loose-fitting clothes made from natural, soft fabrics so that no seams interfere with your rest. It is also desirable to purchase comfortable bedding, best of all - with a minimum number of seams. Do not skimp on an orthopedic mattress and pillow - they will provide a high level of comfort while you sleep.
