An act of terrorism is the commission of arson, explosion or any other generally dangerous action aimed at destroying as many people as possible and causing significant property damage.
Instructions
Step 1
In public transport, shops, parks, crowded places, be as suspicious of "ownerless" packages, bags, boxes as possible. If you notice that the person sitting next to you in the minibus left his bag and got out of the minibus, pretending to have forgotten about it, in no case try to pick it up in order to get out of the minibus and return it to the owner. Without touching it, in a firm and confident voice ask the minibus driver to stop and drop all passengers. After that, moving away to a safe distance, call the police department or the FSB and report the strange find. Do not move the found item, do not try to move it or examine it closer!
Step 2
Avoid panic. If you suspect that you have found an explosive device, do not shout hysterically about it to the entire square. Terrorists can be nearby and activate the charge when they see people scatter - then many will suffer. Before the arrival of the police, ensure that all people leave the danger zone calmly without too much fuss - the crowd is susceptible to herd feeling, and panic will spread instantly.
Step 3
On holidays, it is better to stay away from the mass festivities, city markets and concerts in the squares. Unfortunately, these are the places terrorists usually choose for their bloody deeds. Therefore, in such a "hot" time, it is better to stay at home and wait out the national celebrations with a cup of coffee in front of the TV. You should not rely on a responsible approach to the work of law enforcement officers: they have long learned to bypass the "framework" and other methods of recognizing terrorists and very successfully. Do without a festive New Year's concert in the name of preserving your own life and the lives of people close to you - relatives and friends whom you wanted to take with you.
