Many people think that walking on glass is an activity that only the most skilled yogis can do, but in fact anyone can learn to walk on broken glass, the main thing is to have a great desire and a complete absence of fear of getting hurt.
Walking on broken glass is a very exciting experience. In addition, it contributes to the development of the body's psychomotor functions.
Glass preparation
Not all glasses are suitable for walking on them, so you need to be responsible when choosing the right material. You can, for example, use bottle glass from alcoholic drinks or lemonade. The number of bottles must be at least 20 pieces in order to make it possible to lay out a rectangle with broken glass, measuring 50 centimeters in width and 2 centimeters in height.
Then you should pick up a piece of dense fabric 120 centimeters long in order to wrap the bottles in it and thus crush them safely. Take a hammer and evenly break all the bottles in the cloth. Carefully feel the glasses to make sure they are about the same size.
After that, you need to unfold the fabric and level the broken glass with your hands on one half of the fabric so that there are no shards protruding much above the common surface. When the glass is prepared, you need to make psychological preparation.

In order to completely get rid of fear and any fears, you need to take a relaxed posture: sit down as comfortably as possible, close your eyes. Imagine yourself mentally, for example, on the seashore and feel how the oncoming wave pleasantly caresses your toes, and small pebbles on the bottom of the sea gently tickle your feet. Having fixed this state in memory, gradually open your eyes.
Approaching the glass, it is necessary again and again to revive in your memory the image of a warm sea coast and imagine that the glass is the very coast with pebbles and a warm wave. How well you do this exercise will be critical to your success in learning to walk on glass.
Walking on glass
After making sure that there is no fear, you can start walking on glass. First you need to step with your right foot, then with your left. Stand in one place for 5 seconds, realizing that the legs have adapted to the fragments and have not been injured. Take a step in place, then another, feel satisfaction and pride.
Slowly and confidently take one step forward, then the second. Here you will most likely realize that nothing is impossible.
You need to get off the glass carefully, without sudden movements and haste. After the procedure, carefully remove any debris behind you.
