It's even easier to do this thanks to email. By sending a letter, you completely write your initials, contacts by which you can be contacted and the services you are interested in. After that, you pay for the order in one of the most convenient ways (cash, by courier, non-cash payment, receipt at a savings bank) and receive the order at home.

To leave a request to utilities, use a landline phone that you probably know. State the address of residence, house and apartment number, the reason for filing the application (for example, a malfunction of electrical equipment), while specifying the date of execution of this application.

Follow the guidelines for submitting applications for participation in the competition. Fill in all forms in legible block letters in Russian. Be sure to attach copies of all documents required for participation. All information about yourself or the organization you represent must be accurate and unambiguous. All documents and copies attached to them must be certified with appropriate signatures and seals.
Step 4
Avoid various patches and subscriptions. Each applicant is generally only eligible for one application. Submit your application only within the specified period, taking into account the delivery time of your application. In confirmation, you should receive a notification about the review of your documents. If special requirements are specified in the filing rules, follow only them so that there will be no problems in the future. Do not forget that materials submitted for the competition are never returned.
