Step 1
Determine what exactly does not suit you. Formulate your thoughts in the form of a complaint. The exact nature of the complaint depends on the instance to which it is filed.
Step 2
If you find that the group is not systematically cleaned, the food does not meet the established standards, the playground is not equipped according to safety standards, contact Rospotrebnadzor. Find the number in the reference book and, after introducing yourself, describe your grievances. If you think that the case is serious enough, it is better to fill out a written complaint, where you can detail the problems.
Step 3
When faced with a bad attitude towards children on the part of the caregiver, contact the supervisor. If the situation does not change in the near term, talk to the parents of other children. Find out if there are any such complaints. Write a collective complaint to the manager's name. Be sure to make and keep a copy of your message.
Step 4
If the administration of the kindergarten did not pay enough attention to your application, write a complaint to the name of the head of the education department of your city. In the letter, describe the problematic points, report that when contacting the kindergarten administration, there were no positive changes, attach a copy of a previously filed complaint as evidence.
Step 5
Suppose that there, too, your request was not granted. In this case, send a written complaint to the name of the head of the administration for social affairs of the population. Attach copies of available messages. You can also make an in-person appointment where you can provide details orally.
Step 6
Having caught the administration or kindergarten teachers in gross violations of Russian law, do not hesitate to contact the prosecutor's office. The application can be submitted both orally and in writing. Based on the information received, the prosecutor will check. If the claims are confirmed, your application will be the basis for the initiation of legal proceedings.
