To install the display unit in a concrete wall, you will need a punch, drill or grinder. It is better to purchase a plastic display case - it most fully meets the requirements for such work.

Instructions
Step 1
In a concrete wall, it is better to install a new type of socket-outlets made of plastic. The shape of the structure and size are chosen depending on the operating conditions of the room and your own preferences. A group of display boards is mounted in the same way as a single one.
Step 2
Having determined for yourself the convenient location of the future outlet, you can start making a hole in the wall. This can be done in three ways. In the first case, a concrete crown is installed on the perforator, the diameter and depth of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the pad. With the center of the crown resting against the center of the mark in the wall, drill until it sinks in. After removing the crown, align the bottom of the hole with a hammer and chisel.
Step 3
Or you can simply draw a circle on the wall and drill small holes along the entire diameter of the circle with a drill with a victory drill. Try to make as many holes as possible - this way you will greatly facilitate your work in the future. Remember that the drill must penetrate the concrete to a depth greater than the depth of the box by 4-5 mm. Armed with a hammer and chisel, do the same as in the previous case. You can work with a diamond-cut drill - it allows you to make better holes, but this way of working has a disadvantage: you cannot use the hammer drill in hammer mode.
Step 4
If you are going to make a hole in the wall using a grinder with a disc, then you need to draw not a circle on it, but a square. Having cut it along all the lines, in the next step, use the same chisel and hammer to hollow out a hole of the required depth. Remember that it should be slightly deeper than the display unit. Check the resulting hole for compatibility with the screen holder. If everything is normal, an electrical wire should be brought into the cavity in the wall by hollowing out a groove at the top of the hole.
Step 5
Use a construction knife to cut a hole on the back of the display case and pass a wire through it. Now you need to prepare a solution for attaching the box: after kneading building and medical plaster, alabaster and water to the consistency of porridge, moisten the hole in the wall with water and treat it with a layer of porridge with a spatula. Fix the box with the wire in the hole so that its edges are 2-3 mm below the wall edge. After covering the joints with a solution, align and remove excess.
Step 6
You can prepare the fixing solution using a different recipe. If time is running out, then you can use a fugenfüller or rotband. These compounds harden within 30-40 minutes. Some people prefer to work with ready-made gypsum fillers.
