The absence of such an important document as a certificate entails a lot of problems in life. Making a new document will be fraught with serious paperwork. But without a certificate, you will not be able to enter any educational institution, and you will not be accepted for work either. Instructions
Step 1
If you lose your certificate, contact the school where you studied and which issued this document to you. Fill out an application addressed to the director with a request to make a new document. It will take about a month to restore the certificate and they will do it for free. If your school is located in another city, then you must send a certified letter with notification to the school with a completed application and indicating your contact phone number. Please note that the school has the right to only accept the application by mail, but it does not have the right to send a restored certificate. Therefore, you will need to personally pick it up from school.
Step 2
If you have lost your college or college diploma, the recovery process can take up to three months. On the application form, you must indicate the reason why you need a diploma. Please note that this recovery is paid and you will need to pay for this service at the bank and provide a receipt for payment to the educational institution.
Step 3
In case of loss of a higher education diploma, you must contact the local police department and write a statement about the loss of the document. The district police officer must issue you a certificate of loss of your diploma. You must take this certificate, along with your application for reinstatement, to the director of your school. The recovery process can last from two weeks to three months, depending on the distance of the head university. The diploma is stamped with the words "duplicate" and the date of receipt of the diploma as of the date of restoration is corrected.
