Safes are widely used in the daily activities of various institutions. To ensure the safety of the contents and to establish whether the safe was not opened without the knowledge of the person responsible for storing the documents, various types of seals are used. There are several ways to seal safes. The main requirement for the storage sealing technology is reliability.

It is necessary

  • - paper;
  • - seal of the organization;
  • - glue;
  • - hanging die;
  • - strong thread;
  • - plasticine;
  • - metal seal;
  • - a sealing device.

Instructions

Step 1

Use paper seals to seal a safe that is not equipped with special devices. Cut a strip from a sheet of paper to fit the width of your normal organization seal (or slightly wider). Put on the sheet two or three impressions of the seal of the organization used, for example, to send correspondence.

Step 2

Also include the current date on the strip and sign the person responsible for storing the contents of the safe. Now stick the strip on the safe so that it covers the gap between the door and the base (it is best if the paper seal covers the keyhole of the safe).

Step 3

Also use a hanging plate to seal the safe. It can be made from a piece of wood or a suitable plastic piece. From the inside of the safe, bring out two threads, one of which is fixed on the door, and the other, on the surface of the base of the safe. Close the safe. Place a piece of plasticine in the recess of the die and drown the ends of the threads in it. Place an imprint of the metal seal used to seal safes on top of the plasticine.

Step 4

If there is no die, use two pieces of plasticine and a strong thread. Attach one piece of plasticine to the door of the safe, and the other to the strip adjacent to the door. Close the safe. Attach a thread to the pieces of plasticine and drown it in the material so that two small "cakes" are formed, and the thread passes through them. Now apply a metal seal to both pieces of plasticine to leave clearly visible prints.

Step 5

If it is technically possible, equip the safe with a sealing device with a folding or sliding rod. Plasticine and metal seal are also used to seal the safe. Close the safe, put the rod on the door (or move it). Seal the recess in the device with plasticine. Apply the seal to the plasticine, making a clear and highly visible impression.
