These are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Omsk, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk, Volgograd, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Perm, Voronezh. The Russian Federation is ethnically diverse. According to the results of the 2010 census, about 200 nationalities / ethnic groups live in the Russian Federation, representatives of which speak more than 100 languages and dialects, of which the most widespread is Russian. Among the nationalities of the Russian Federation are Russians (80%), Tatars, Ukrainians, Bashkirs, Chuvashs, Chechens, Armenians, Avars, Mordovians, Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis, Dargins, Udmurts, Mari, Ossetians, Belarusians, Kabardians, Kumyks, Yakuts, Lezgins, Buryats, Ingush and others. In some regions, such as Dagestan, Ingushetia, Chechnya, the share of Russians is less than 5%.
