Instructions

Step 1

First, make the patterns. Now there are special programs on the Internet that will help you with this. Scale the trained body to the required size.

Step 2

Then calculate and purchase the necessary materials.

Step 3

Start by gluing plywood sheets. Then, using the prepared templates, cut out the details of the sides and bottom. Prepare an oak plank for the transom. Cut out the transom parts from it and glue them according to the scheme: plywood (outer layer 9 mm), fiberglass layer, oak, fiberglass layer, plywood (inner layer 7 mm).

Step 4

Then proceed to the manufacture of frames. Cut out the details, glue, wrap with screws.

Step 5

Go to the body assembly. Here you will need an assistant, because one cannot master such work, since the details are very large.

Step 6

After assembly, carefully glue all the seams with fiberglass and glue the frames. Make sure that when installing the frames, there is no distortion, otherwise one of the sides may be squeezed out.

Step 7

The next step is to install the fender. In the prepared oak slats, pre-drill the holes for the screws along the entire length. Attach the rail with epoxy and screws starting at the bow of the boat. Install one layer of battens per day. Over the next day, unscrew the screws and add the slats. In this way, secure the three layers of fender rails. Install each subsequent rail by sliding up 1 cm. After the resin has polymerized, remove the last screws and shape the fender rail using a planer and a belt sander.

Step 8

Next, set the deck. In the stern, provide two lockers for the battery and other accessories. When installed in epoxy, add aerosil to increase strength. Install an anchor box in the bow of the deck.

Step 9

Once again, putty and sand everything well. Glue fiberglass to the upper part of the sides and deck. Carry out the work with Etal 45M hardener. Then you will have enough time to smooth out any wrinkles and squeeze out air bubbles from under the fiberglass.

Step 10

Then turn the boat over, once again putty and sand and paste over the bottom with fiberglass.

Step 11

Now install redans. Their manufacturing and installation technology is similar to the installation of a fender.

Step 12

After that, make a primer, and then paint the boat. After completing these works, proceed to the installation of glass, instruments, and an electric motor.
