Step 1
Write a claim to the address of the head of the company that violated your rights. For example, if you were unhappy with the quality of the goods from the store, but you were denied a refund, send a claim to the address of its founder or manager. In the document, state the entire situation and your requirements for the institution. Tell them that if your complaint is ignored, you will have to go to court.
Step 2
Make a statement of claim to the competent judicial authority if the dispute that has arisen has not been resolved amicably. Determine the appropriate court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, for example, civil, arbitration, etc. File your claim according to generally accepted standards and appropriate procedural code. Indicate the name of the judicial authority, each of the participants in the process, their address data, the subject of the complaint and your requirements. To recover pecuniary damage from the defendant, it is necessary to indicate exactly the entire required amount. Attach to the document any material suitable for use as evidence in your favor.
Step 3
Direct your claim to the location of the court by mail or file it in person at the court office. Try to file a complaint with a business regulator.
