To sell something, you need to correctly compose an ad and place it in the newspaper or on the Internet. Or you can print it out on paper and paste it along busy walking routes.

Step 1
To sell a thing, car, apartment - you need to submit an ad. The format of your ad depends on where you are going to place it - at a bus stop, in a newspaper or on the Internet.
Step 2
The simplest ad format is A5 sheets, which you will post on the walls of houses and bus stops with your own hands. First, prepare an ad layout and describe the product you want to sell. Any text editor, such as Micrisoft Word, will work for this. When composing your ad text, try not only to describe the product, but also to get people interested. Type the ad title in large print, using attention-grabbing words - for example, "Attention!", "Look here!" etc. At the bottom of the ad, place tear-off labels with your phone number.
Step 3
Your ad will get more responses if you submit it to the newspaper. Pick up any of the local free classifieds newspapers and find editorial contact details. Prepare your ad text and send it to the e-mail address indicated in the newspaper. Carefully read the requirements that the newspaper imposes on published ads.
Step 4
In addition to free classified ads, there is also paid newspaper advertising. Call the editorial office of the newspaper and find out the cost of the advertising module and the requirements for it. To prepare an advertising module for a newspaper, any vector graphic editor will do. For example, you can use the Corel Draw program. Submit the finished module to the newspaper and pay the bill for advertising.
Step 5
Use message boards. There are many sites on the internet where people buy and sell things. The largest Russian bulletin board is called AVITO. AVITO services are used by individuals and large companies. It publishes thousands of new ads every day for the sale of household appliances and cars, clothing and musical instruments, real estate and computers. Go to the AVITO website and click on the "Submit your ad" link. A page will open in front of you, where you will need to enter your name, email address, city and phone number. Select the category of the product you want to sell, enter the ad text and attach photos of the product being sold to it.
