Every parent dreams that in kindergarten his child will have a good teacher who loves children and takes care of them. But expectations do not always meet expectations. Not every educator has a vocation to work in a preschool institution, which is often seen even by an unarmed and inexperienced person in this matter.
Instructions
Step 1
There are situations when the child does not want to go to the garden, although the adaptation period has already passed, during which the children get used to the new regime, the new environment. What to do if your beloved child bursts into tears every time? First of all, it is worth observing the teacher: how she meets the child, how he reacts to her, how she communicates with other children … If there is a suspicion that the teacher is rude to his pupils, it is time to take action.
Step 2
To begin with, you should talk with the teacher, report your attitude to his methods, it is desirable to communicate in the most correct form. If it was not possible to agree peacefully, you need to write a complaint. The complaint is first written to the head of the kindergarten with a statement of all claims, facts and arguments. It is also necessary to indicate your requirements and what actions you expect as a result of the consideration of the complaint: punishment of the teacher, his dismissal, transfer to another group of your child.
Step 3
If the complaint had no effect and the head did not take any action, you can write a complaint to a higher authority - the District Education Committee. A complaint will have the best effect if it is a collective one, i.e. several parents will be unhappy. To do this, you need to talk with other parents, it is possible that they will support you.
Step 4
It is also possible to file a complaint with the prosecutor's office. The content of the complaint must state all the facts, describe the situation or situations, circumstances, attach possible evidence, indicate who committed the violation and when. At the end of the document, it is indicated by whom the complaint was signed, the signature and the date of drawing up. The compiler must have a second copy or a copy with a note of receipt (signature, transcript, date and seal). The general term for consideration of a complaint is 30 days from the date of its receipt and registration. Those. after this time, the complaint should be considered and investigated, and you should be provided with an answer.
