To restrict and regulate the entry of foreign workers into Russia, a quota system was introduced. To use the labor of foreign workers on the territory of the Russian Federation, an organization or a private entrepreneur must obtain quotas for employees with citizenship of another state.
Instructions
Step 1
Make an application for your organization to receive quotas. It is filled out on a special form, which can be downloaded on the website of the Federal Migration Service in the section on obtaining a work permit for foreign citizens.
Step 2
Collect the required documents. To do this, make copies of the certificate of registration of your company in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities), as well as from the certificate of being registered with the tax service. An individual entrepreneur must also provide a copy of the registration certificate as an individual entrepreneur. If you cannot bring the originals to the FMS along with the copies, these copies of the documents must be certified by a notary. Additionally, add to the package of documents a draft of a future employment contract indicating the conditions of work, positions and salaries of foreign citizens you are hiring.
Step 3
Pay the state fee. It is 6,000 rubles for each foreigner employed. The details of your local branch of the FMS can be found on its regional website, links to which are on the main federal portal of the FMS. Also add the receipt for the payment of the fee to the rest of the documents.
Step 4
Come to the FMS branch at the location of the organization. The employee submitting the papers must have the authority to do this, confirmed by his management.
Step 5
After reviewing your application, contact the FMS and find out the results. With the approval of your intentions and the availability of quotas, you will receive an official document allowing you to attract a certain number of foreigners to work.
