Cooking process
Take a deep bowl and combine flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa and vanillin. After that, melt the butter over low heat. Next, you need to mix it with sugar using a mixer. Mix for about 2 minutes until a light fluffy mass is formed. After the required consistency is obtained, add the egg and beat with a mixer. In one container, mix the resulting creamy egg mass and flour mixed with cocoa and vanilla. Mix thoroughly, cover the dough with a lid and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
While the dough is cooling in the refrigerator, prepare the baking sheet and preheat the oven.
